Sales Support Coördinator

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator with strong organizational and administrative skills to join an international company in the FMCG sector. In this role, you will act as the key link between the sales team and the back office, providing support to both field representatives and key account managers. You will work for a International FMCG Organization. 🤩
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate 9 field representatives within bi-monthly sales cycles
- Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate monthly meetings in Amstelveen
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM database: add products, link data to stores, set up surveys
- Responsible for the structure and creation of presentations related to sales cycles
- Support the trade team and key account managers, including assistance with contract payments (Excel/Power BI)
- Interpret data and reports (experience with Power BI is a plus)
- Provide crucial support to the entire field team
Profile:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, combined with commercial insight
- Confident, independent, and able to effectively chase team members towards deadlines
- Flexible, proactive, and a true team player
- Higher professional education (HBO) level, background in sales, trade, or back office
- Affinity with FMCG is a plus
- Young, energetic profile with a hands-on mentality
- No IT specialist required – the system is user-friendly
- Excellent knowledge of EXCEL
What you will get in return;
- Full-time position (40 hour per week)
- Minimum 2 days per week working form the office in Amstelveen
- Salarys based on your experience; €3600-€4300.-
